Where do we ship?
We currently ship Australia-wide. International shipping isn’t available just yet — but we’re working on it.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. If you're out on-site or in a remote area, allow a little extra time.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

How do I track my order?
Once your order’s been packed and shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Change of mind
We get it — sometimes things don’t fit right or feel right. You’ve got 14 days from when your order arrives to request an exchange or return. Just make sure:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags are still attached

  • You’ve got proof of purchase

How to request a return or exchange
Email us at blokes@blokesinmining.com with your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll take it from there.

Faulty or damaged gear
If something arrives damaged or there’s a stuff-up with your order, let us know straight away. We’ll sort it out as quickly as we can.

Who covers return postage?
If you’re returning because of a change of mind or wrong size, return shipping is on you. If the item is faulty or we made a mistake — that’s on us.
